Mr. David Evans has been in the Boating Industry for over 38 years.

In his youth David was a keen water skier and was the Wales and West Water Ski Champion. David also qualified as second place in the English Channel Water Ski Race. This is a ‘there and back’ race. David has also worked with some of the most famous and long established names in the motor boating industry, such as WINNER BOATS (as a test driver and salesman), SHETLAND and FLETCHER. With "David Evans Marine", David was credited with the 1990 RINKER Top Sales Award for the most vessel sold within one year in the world, and at one point was the largest importer of MARINER outboards in the UK.

However, here at CBBS though we think of ourselves as more than Brokers, we want you the purchaser and buy the vessel that is most suited to your needs, if a new Maxum is not taking your fancy and a new REGAL, QUICKSILVER or SUNSEEKER is, don't worry. We can guide you on any of these equally as well.

If that is what you want then that is fine, we probably know a man who sells one of them as well and can at least put you on the right path to finding that particular boat. On the other hand if sailing is more your thing then a qualified yachtmaster is part of CBBS team to help you choose the right vessel for your abilities and experience and assist in technical questions of Seamanship.

Safety is paramount in our minds and training go hand in hand, we work very closely with both our training schools and can even offer the first hour of tuition free, compliments of CBBS and steering you on the right course to enjoy a fantastic family sport.
