Here at Cardiff Bay Boat Sales we think of ourselves as more than Brokers, we want you the purchaser to buy the vessel that is most suited to your needs and experience. We can support and advise you with either motor or sail boats.
Just over 17 years of trading as Cardiff Bay Boat Sales, we are soon to be celebrating 10 years in our purpose built offices and showroom which is based in the heart of Penarth Marina, Cardiff Bay. With over 30 boats on moorings on our door step for sale.
At Cardiff Bay Boat Sales we have a dedicated sales pontoon and hard standing is available at the Quay Marina's boat yard directly opposite from our premises. If you are considering selling a Motor Boat or a Sail Boat we can offer you a prime location afloat or ashore based here at Penarth Marina.
Our office is open 7 days a week, with David contactable 24 hours a day.
Safety is paramount in our minds and training go hand in hand, we work very closely with both our training schools and can even offer the first hour of tuition free, compliments of Cardiff Bay Boat Sales and steering you on the right course to enjoy a fantastic family sport.
We can also direct and assist you with mooring advice and boat transportation locally, nationwide and overseas.

David Evans, Managing Director
David has been in the Boating Industry for over 40 years.
In his youth David was a keen water skier and was the Wales and West Water Ski Champion. David also qualified as second place in the English Channel Water Ski Race. This is a ‘there and back' race. David has also worked with some of the most famous and long established names in the motor boating industry, such as WINNER BOATS (as a test driver and salesman), SHETLAND and FLETCHER. With "David Evans Marine", David was credited with the 1990 RINKER Top Sales Award for the most vessel sold within one year in the world, and at one point was the largest importer of MARINER outboards in the UK. In 2007, David won 'Best Salesman' Award for US Marine.

Kate Watts, Office Manager
Daughter of Dave, Kate joined the family run business early this year. With a keen sailing husband and following in the footsteps of her dad, Kate no doubt has boating in her blood! Kate overseas the office administration including website management, sales, aftersales and marketing.
